1. What this application is

QuietLoom Worship is a private publishing tool. It is operated by the owner of the QuietLoom Worship channel for the sole purpose of uploading that owner's own video content to that owner's own social media accounts, including TikTok.

2. Who may use it

The application is not offered to the public. There is no sign-up, and no third party holds an account. Only the owner authorises it, against the owner's own account.

3. Content

All video, audio, imagery and text published through this application is created or licensed by the owner, who is solely responsible for it. Content is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and is disclosed as such where the destination platform provides a disclosure mechanism.

4. Acceptable use

The application is used only to publish the owner's own content to the owner's own accounts. It is not used to collect data about other users, to post on behalf of anyone else, to automate engagement, or to interact with other users' content.

5. Availability and liability

The application is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It may stop working at any time, including if a platform changes or withdraws its API access. To the extent permitted by law, the owner accepts no liability arising from its use.

These terms may be updated. The date above reflects the current version.
